(2)Maybe we could...は「〜したらどうでしょうか」という提案表現です。
(3)「まだ時間があります(There’s still time...)」と伝えることで相手が変更しやすくなります。

(1)「〜は3点あります」を、There are three advantages to using Project C.でも間違いではありませんが、インパクトに欠けます。Project C has...のように主語を「プロジェクトC」にする方がよい印象を与えます。なお、There are...は曖昧な印象を与えますので、多用は避けましょう。
